With MyMailout, there are two options: HTML Pro or Average Joe.
For the Average Joe, MyMailout creates e-newsletters and email bulletins using, colors, fonts, and images that you choose. MyMailout saves those settings for you and brands all of your MyMailout pages (think: subscription form, archives, landing pages) with your own look. With MyMailout, you can write a short "teaser" introduction, and then have your readers "Click to read the full article..." The rest of your article appears in a web browser and looks like the rest of your newsletter.
For the HTML Pro, MyMailout provides you a fresh palette where you can create exactly the design you want. Our "Do-it-Yourself HTML" template gives you the flexibility to design just like you do for the web. We add a footer that has the all-important subscribe/unsubscribe link as well as our name, a forward to a friend link and your physical address so that you are in compliance with email best practices and US Anti-Spam legislation.
Send
Once your mailout has been created, the next task is sending it. With MyMailout, your email is delivered to your mailing list through our powerful servers. No more waiting for hours, hoping your email program doesn't crash! Once you click "Send" your email blast is sent like a shot while you (and your system administrator) rest at ease.
Manage
The most time-consuming part of an email campaign is removing subscribers, correcting email addresses that bounce, adding new subscribers and encouraging people to forward your email to friends and colleagues. MyMailout does all that for you. If you want to monitor when your emails are opened and what links are being clicked on, MyMailout’s reporting tool does all of this for you.
